Inspection process:
- Loading products:
Testing battery is loaded automatically into the X - RAY detection equipment.And transmission speed can be
adjusted according to requirement.
2. Inspection work place:
Four indexing turntable grab the battery and transit it to eight degrees detection place in high speed . 2 sets of
online detection of imaging system.
3. Jig locating:
All testing products are placed to the same position to ensure the accuracy of measurement.
4. Unloading production:
Unloading in three channels, OK/ tab NG/ plates NG.
