  1. Automatic spraying primer working station: Through RFID chips to identify, implement spraying process path quickly, implementing standard actions, saving materials cost.
  2. Automatic gluing working station:  Spraying uniformly, high quality, saving glue cost more than the traditional cementing by manual, also improving more than 250% production efficiency than traditional manual brushing adhesive.

Today, this footwear automatic production line produces the Adidas running shoes with the quality AAA+ 600prs/8hrs,although the defected rate is 5%,it is the new sign for YiLi, we made the progress and to be near the successful top.

 

Based on this testing ,that shows our robot for gluing one piece of jogging shoe only requires 5g,this data told us it saved 50% than the traditional manual gluing.

Also our robot for roughing adopts to ACF balance system, which is suitable to work on all kinds of hard or soft materials, including leather, canvas, PVC etc.
